Kyle was born and raised in Niagara with fond childhood memories as a Merriton boy and a proud Denis Morris High School graduate. Coming from over a decade-long career in fundraising, Kyle loves to connect with people and his outgoing personality ensures he has a lot of fun while getting the job done. That same personality (paired with a degree from The Randolph College for the Performing Arts) has led him to a second career in television, warming live audiences for Canada’s Got Talent, Family Feud Canada, The Social, and The Good Stuff with Mary Berg.
Growing up, Kyle was your local paper carrier, drawn week after week to the homes insert, dreaming of the luxury properties found on the McGarr Realty back page. If you ask Kyle’s parents he would rearrange his bedroom weekly while watching HGTV on a loop. The signs were always there that he would turn this fond pastime into his career one day.
Kyle’s love for the Niagara Region runs deep, supporting Pride Niagara and its many community events since its inception in 2010. In his spare time, Kyle loves to hop in his car with a great playlist and a hot coffee, continuing to explore the beautiful region he calls home. Even after nearly 4 decades in the region, he’s still finding hidden pockets and gems. Kyle is excited to join the iconic team at McGarr Realty and to work alongside Amanda Cowley to create a business that connects them with their clients and supports them through a joyful real estate journey.
